These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SAFENESS website and your enrollment on training courses and examinations delivered by SAFENESS. By registering for a course or using this website, you agree to these terms.
n1. About SAFENESS
SAFENESS is a training provider based in Tunis, Tunisia, delivering internationally accredited health, safety and environmental (HSE) training and certification. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean SAFENESS.
n2. Enrollment and bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive your registration and the agreed payment (or an approved company purchase order). Places are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any prerequisites for your chosen course.
n3. Fees and payment
Course fees, session dates and payment terms are shown on our Packages page or provided on request. Unless stated otherwise, fees are communicated exclusive of tax (HT). Examination and awarding-body fees, where applicable, are set by the relevant awarding body.
n4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Enrollment, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for the applicable timeframes and conditions.
n5. Course delivery and changes
We may occasionally need to change a trainer, venue, schedule or delivery mode, or postpone or cancel a session (for example if the minimum number of participants is not reached). In such cases we will offer a transfer to the next available session or a refund of the course fee. SAFENESS is not liable for travel, accommodation or other indirect costs.
n6. Examinations and certification
Examinations and certificates are administered and issued by the relevant awarding bodies (e.g. NEBOSH, IWCF, IADC, IRCA, STI) under their own rules. SAFENESS prepares and supports learners but does not control awarding-body decisions, results or timelines.
n7. Intellectual property
All course materials and website content are the property of SAFENESS or the relevant awarding bodies and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, recorded, redistributed or resold without prior written authorisation.
n8. Participant conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and to follow all safety instructions and examination-integrity rules, as described in our Training Policies & Code of Conduct. Breaches may result in removal from a course or examination without refund.
n9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAFENESS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or participation in our courses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
n10. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and use it only to manage your registration, training and communications.
n11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Tunis, unless otherwise required by law.
n12. Contact
